Ayer hicimos un "Half Angie" con la clase de los "rookies". Yo hice una rutinita que consistía en 21-15-9 de Push Jerks y Ring Dips...además de 5-3-1 subidas de soga.
Yesterday the "rookie" class did a "Half Angie". I did a little WOD, 21-15-9 Push Jerks and ring dips...after each set of the two I did 5-3-1 rope climbs.

La corrida aunque corta, te va fatigando para los otros ejercicios.
