Buena rutina, las KBs se ponen pesadisimas para la ultima parte de la rutina.

ayer me invente una...sin descanzo entre sets...

5 sets de 20 squats con mancuernas de 20 lbs...
y 50 sets de 20 push ups...
luego para reventar 30 abs.. que son mi calvario y 10 pull ups...

creo que mañana les traere a otra pupila.....
