*Al principio de cada minuto realizar/At the begining of every minute perform:
5 Kb High Pulls con cada brazo/with each arm
Y el resto del minuto hacer Swings. And do Swingsfor the rest of the minute.
Continua hasta completar 120 Swings. Continue until you reach 120 Swings.
