Friday's workout!...actually, our first WOD post!

today's WOD:
Mayor Cantidad de Rondas en 20 min:
15 push ups (chest to floor)
12 ring dips
9 push press (100#)

Vi este WOD en el blog de Becca Borawski y me pareció divertido para hoy, además ya había saltado soga en la mañana así que no quería nada que ver con piernas!
I saw this WOD @ Becca Borawski's blog and I thought it would be great for today, 'cause I'd been jumping rope in the morning, so I didn't wanna do anything involving my legs!
