Monday 090824 WOD

Un poco de las sesiones del año pasado de Kelly Slater corriendo en Rincon, con tablas shapeadas por él. A little highlight reel of Kelly Slater's sessions at Rincon riding boards shaped by him.

No tiene nada que ver con CrossFit...bueno, pensandolo bien, Kelly es el balance perfecto de fuerza, flexibilidad, coordinación, agilidad, precisión, velocidad, resistencia muscular, resistencia cardiopulmonar, poder y balance. Creo que tiene todo que ver con CrossFit después de todo. I has nothing to do with CrossFit...well, thinking about it, Kelly has the perfect balance of: strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, accuracy, speed, stamina, cardio-endurance, power and balance. I think it has everything to do with CrossFit after all.

10 meters on the min. Every minute, add 10 meters. This can be done 2 ways. 1) either measured on a watch/computer (i.e., Garmin, Polar, bike computer, compu trainer or pool markers) and stopping each successive 10 meters by moving forward. This is the way that it should be done for cycling or swimming. Or 2) set up 2 cones 10 meters a part, and add one return trip each minute on the minute... Either way, you are to add 10 meters each round until you can no longer continue.
