En memoria del Teniente del Navy Michael Murphy, 20, de Patchogue, N.Y., quien murió en Afganistán en junio 28 del 2005.

Este era uno de los WOD's favoritos de Murph y lo llamaba "Armadura". Para los que son nuevos para CrossFit, tal vez sea nuevo este WOD también y no entiendán lo difícil que es. This workout was one of Mike's favorites and he'd named it "Body Armor". From here on it will be referred to as "Murph" in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
