"The Dumbbell Chief"
Mayor cantidad de rondas en 3 minutos
As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes
YOUR OLD GYM SUCKS!
6 Dumbbell Squat Cleans
6 Push-ups
9 Ball-slams
DARE TO BE GREAT!
Repetir el ciclo 5 veces. Descansar 1 minuto entre ciclos.
Repeat cycle 5 times. Rest 1 minute between cycles.

ENDURANCE TRAINING
2:1 pacing
3+ horas antes de tu WOD de Fuerza y Acondicionamiento
3+ Hours After Anaerobic Endurance Strength & Conditioning WOD
Elige UNA de las siguientes disciplinas y has:
Choose ONE Of the following Sports then do:
Swim/Nadar, Bike, Run/Correr, C2
8x 2min On, 1 min Off
Hold distances as consistent as possible, Bike and Run, do this as an out and back. C2/ swim measure meters.
Foul if you go over or under your 1st round distance. RPE of no less than 16.
Foul. 3min Isometric bottom of squat hold.

Tremenda rutina, 24 rondas.
Las 4 primeros ciclos 5 rondas en cada uno, en el último ciclo 4 rondas solo faltó el ball slam.
Preparandonos para Bogotá.
