Monday 111114 WOD

Saturday's fight was an awesome fight as we all thought. But unfortunately it had the ending we thought it could have if it went down to the wire. In my eyes and the eyes of millions around the world, Marquez out-boxed the best P4P fighter in the world and left him trying to find his "grove" all night long. Marquez looked in charge almost the whole fight dictating the tempo of the fight and landing the hardest punches (forget about the power punches stat they come up with). Anyways, Juan Manuel Marquez showed one thing: if you really train hard and believe in yourself, your team and fight with your people and country in your heart, you will never loose. Even when a bunch a gangsters take the fight away from you. I've lost all respect I had for Manny...even his wife saw him lose.

C2: 3x( 250m +500m+ 750m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set. EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run 600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.
