If you know me, you probably recognize the phrase: "Dreams are the seedlings of realities", as I've tweeted and posted a lot. Now, I'm not saying you should hold on to those dreams alone or worst, let live past you by while you're waiting for those dreams to materialize without you doing nothing to make'em happen. But yeah, everything starts with that one Dream.
No one can say otherwise. Mandela had that dream and it helped him get by those 27 years in prison. And what did he do? He never stopped fighting to make it a reality and he did. His dream of a black and white South Africa became a reality.
Jackie Roosevelt Robinson dreamed of playing baseball in the Major Leagues and not just be another great player in the Negro League. So was it bad for him to have such dream? Of course not. We dream about things that might seam crazy and even ridiculous at times, but nothing drives us more than our dreams. Dreams have forged our world since the beginning of time.
Hey, I don't have to go far. I'm living my dream and believe me 10 years ago I'd tell people what I wanted to do with my life and a lot smiled. When I would tell people I would change the way people looked at training in my country and I would be respected by people that really knew about training, they would say I was nuts...
But here I am, with the biggest Warehouse Gym in the Region, training the best group of guys and gals any trainer could ever ask for, traveling and training with not only the best trainers in the world, but the best human beings I've ever met. As you can see, dreams do come true...if you have the balls to make them happen.
So, don't be afraid to dream. In fact, dream big. But cowboy the f*ck up and work on making it happen. Don't let the heaters, the rules of society, anything hold you back. Hold on to that dream as fuel and fuel only. Fueling that burning desire to make whatever it is you want to do with your life a reality. |

C2: 3x( 250m +500m+ 750m)
Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval in each set.
EX. 200m run in 35 sec. rest 35 sec then 400m run, rest 400m time, run
600m, rest 600m time, run 200m, etc.
