Así que empeza a trabajar en tus debilidades HOY y domínalas antes de la mitad del año! New year, new goals. What are you doing to get better at what you suck at? Get out of your confort zone and work on the movements in which you aren't that good at. That whole "strength is my thing" doesn't work anymore, if you can't run or finish a MET-CON in a respectable time, your training is getting nowhere. The only way to get better performances is balancing your act. So start working on your weakness TODAY and dominate them by mid-year.
