20 one hand KB swings #35
25 push-ups
15 ring dips

Después de unos minutos, correr 5km con mochila de 20 lbs.

Buena rutina, los ultimos ring dips y push ups fueron duros.

La hicimos a buen ritmo...lo mas dificil fue por supuesto el principio de la corrida! Las libras extras se sintieron los ultimos 2k.
