"Hells Bells"
500 reps totales con dos KB's. Pueden hacer cualquier ejercicio que se les ocurra, press, swings, snatches, deadlifts, get-ups, cleans, remos, squats, lunges...cualquier ejercicios que les provoque.

*HAY UN LÍMITE DE TIEMPO DE 20 mins. Harán 1 burpee por cada repetición que les faltó para llegar a las 500.
