Monday 101011 WOD

9x ASP World Champ KELLY SLATER is well on his way to his 10th! At 38 years young he's still on top of his game because of his work ethic. He has no "off-season", he stays in shape by doing bodyweight movements, yoga, running, MMA training (he's here training with UFC standout VITOR BELFORT) and of course lots of surfing to keep his inner child alive.

Swim/Nadar: 2×8 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Bike: 2×15 min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Run/Correr: 2x12min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
C2: 2x8min, Rest 2 min Between intervals
Cover as much distance as possible in each of the 2 intervals.
