SATURDAY 110423 OUTDOOR WOD'S

GO OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE PLANET! RIDE, SURF, SKATE, SWIM, RUN...JUST GO OUT AND HAVE FUN!


WOD-1

Por 30 minutos: Run/Correr: Cada 3 minutos parar y hacer 20 squats y 10 push-ups/ every 3 minutes stop and do 20 squats and 10 push-ups.

WOD-2
AMRAP 20 minutos/Mayor cantidad de rondas en 20 minutos:
5 Burpees
10 Jumping Lunges (10R/10L)
15 squats

WOD-3
Run/Correr 10k total: @ 85% por los primeros 5k, despues subir el ritmo a 95% los ultimos 5k. @ 85% for the first 5k, then pick it up to 95% for the last 5k.

WOD-4
10 ROUNDS:

5 burpee tuck jumps
10 Hindu push-ups
