The NFL is back and so is RB stand-out ADRIAN PETERSON! He's back from a torn ACL suffered in December and through hard work he's back to his all ways.

Warm-up:
Coaches Choice

WORKOUT:

10 Double KB swings
10 Jumping lunges (5R/5L)

2 minute rest then:

8 minute AMRAP:
10 DB Push press
10 Burpees

HYBRID FINISHER:
4 Rounds:
20 medball twists
10 v-ups
10 half burpees
20 crunches
